Yes,I like her talk and agree about grit is the key to success because when we contact with new knowledge and object,we can't immediately to settle how to change into perfect things. Her talks had mentioned"grit is passion, perseverance and stamina",passion is very important. If you are not be expert in passion, It will be made a bad expression in everyone. So you want get success, passion is also inner in eight success points. Success must be pay more attention, for example:"we need to take our best ideas, our strongest intuitions and we need to test them." Find the best success way is determined by yourself, not other people.
