         I choose this news because I loved Taylor Swift very much.She was very famous because she sang about modern country song.When I was read about this news,I was really understand to be a singer is not easier for everyone.Everyone desire stand on the stage to present the perfect performance,use massive price to publish new album...This way is happened in the news,the reports was said that"The technology giant Apple has agreed to pay musicians for song played on its news music streaming service after Taylor Swift threatened to boycott it over this issue,"Thought the news we can understand Taylor Swift is not planned to let Apple music to establish about her music because she already condemned Apple music decision not to pay artists during the three -month free trial period it's offering its customers.So I think choose the cooperate company need more patient and search their background clues,

Yes,I like her talk and agree about grit is the key to success because when we contact with new knowledge and object,we can't immediately to settle how to change into perfect things. Her talks had mentioned"grit is passion, perseverance and stamina",passion is very important. If you are not be expert in passion, It will be made a bad expression in everyone. So you want get success, passion is also inner in eight success points. Success must be pay more attention, for example:"we need to take our best ideas, our strongest intuitions and we need to test them." Find the best success way is determined by yourself, not other people.
